I would find out why it is complaining first so as not to destroy your computer.

Here are my possible responses based on the information provided - choose whichever is most appropriate:
1. Get a fan that uses the 3 pin motherboard header instead of connecting directly to the power supply.
2. Replace your non functioning fan that is already connected to the 3 pin motherboard header.
3 Press F2 & change the setting for the warning message.
