Family Logon Dialog for Windows XP 1

I think you are refering to the WinME type of logon. WinXP does this thru the "friendly" Welcome Screen which puts each User ID that is created on the system there for the choosing.
If you are not getting the Welcome Screen goto
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way Users log on or off.
