Failure in Backing up individual mailboxes

I get the following error in backing up individual mailboxes

*ServerName:MSEXCH:MB/Private Mailboxes/Username profile.c(144):IProfAdmin::DeleteProfile()=0x8004010f:An unexpected error has occurred (MAPI 1.0).

The above message is causing my backup to fail. Any clues how to get rid of this problem

Seams to be a mapi error.

Applied SP3 for exchange.

what version of the Exchange module are you running? what patch level?

What version of Exchange?

Is it consistently happening for all mailboxes?
 
We are using Networker 7.1 with Exchange Module 3.1.0.74 for Exchange 2000 and are getting exactly the same error meg as mentioned above.

Is there any solution for this problem?
Backups are not finishing regulary, but sometimes it seems to work.

FYI,

we solved the MAPI error on our site.
After receiving above mentioned error msg, we set the networker timeout for the ref. client up to 600.
After setting the timeout, the error no longer appears.

It seems, that during backup of mailboxes, networker looses the connect to the Exchange-Server due to timeout setting.
Afterwards, networker is not able to login to exchange and the mentioned error occurs.
Is that possible???
