Failing Backups

Every so often like 1-2 times per month I get a failed backup with this in the log. Any idea what this could be?

Using Backup Exec 8.6

Storage device "SONY 2" reported an error on a request to write data to media.

Error reported:
The I/O bus was reset.

Check your system log for any EVent ID 7, 9, 11

Found one around that time and date that said this. It was event ID 9.

The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m3, did not respond within the timeout period.

Have you looked at the job history for the failed jobs to see if there is any more information?

What's posted in my first post is all that it says. It acts like its backing up fine as it starts backing up certain files but the the error above happens and it fails.
