Failed to start connection center

Good day,
I have MPS 4.0 and client version 9.0.
I have 2 clients who, very randomly get the failed to start connection center error. They click ok and try again to launch the published app usually launches without a problem after the initial error.
As above, this only happens 2 to 3 times per week.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the clients on these machines, no change. (I also cleaned out the registry before re-installing) I have deleted the citrix folder out of documents and settings recreating all user settings which also did nothing.

Has anyone else run ionto this problem?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
