Failed to start application

Hello all!!!

Win2k + MetaFrame 1.8 + SP4

Please help me. After installation SP4 the application has ceased to open and generate error message:

"*application*" failed to start.

The Citrix Server is unable to process your request to start this published application. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

I was rolled away up to SP2, but the problem has remained.
If connect to desktop on Citrix and then launch application it WORK!!!!
I now that this problem in the user rights, but i cann't understand where.

If the SP is a W2K SP4 then you should remove it again. SP4 is no good for terminal services. When writing to profiles, it sometimes take 10-20 min. before the client is logged of or on.

I don´t quite understand this "I was rolled away up to SP2, but the problem has remained. "

Have you upgraded the citrix client to 6.31.1050?

SP4 - Sevice Pack for Citrix MetaFrame.
Sorry for my English. "I was rolled away up to SP2, but the problem has remained. " - mean that i downgraded Citrix SP4 to SP2.
