failed to read acl

We are backing up a Netware 5.0 server and receive the error message 'failed to read acl'. Any ideas?

What backup software are you using? Also, what SP is your server running?

we are using a product called Asigra Vbak (it runs on a Windows 2000 Server platform) and backups to hard drives over the net. The server we are trying to backup is Netware 5.0 (it doesn't appear to have sp's on it).
