Failed to open the connection

I just got done seting up a standalone Crystal report server XI and published my first report to it. I go to the Object report an dtry to run it and I get this error. (Failed to open the connection. C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched) I cannot find any docs on it so any help would be great.
