Failed to logon to farm

I have installed Metaframe XP over Win NT4 TSE. However, due to video driver incompatibility problems, I did not install the Management Console.

So what I did was to install the Console program on a workstation running XP Pro. After installation, I can not connect using the Citrix Management Console. After entering the username and password, a dialog box is displayed witht the message "Failed to logon to farm".

Any ideas? I have already un-installed Metaframe and installed it again, but still won't work. Are there default configurations that I should change (ports, etc).

When you try to login, click cancel when you're waiting then click login again, does that work?
