Failed to contact Advertised Programs Server - Help!

Since upgrading the SMS server to SP1, no applications are being distributed. When I click on the Advertised Programs Monitor in the Control Panel, the advertisment is listed and the time for installation is always relatively near the current time. If I click on the other Advertised Programs Icon, again in the Control Panel, the message 'Failed to contact Advertised Programs server' pops up.<br>

All remote control works fine as does resource viewing. I would be ever so grateful if you could offer me some tips as I am running out of ideas.
