failed to assign drive with PV136T and ARCserve 11.1

Hello,
we have a DELL PV136T Tape Library and i just intalled ARCServe 11.1 in a cluster.
When i try to run device configuration this wizard tell me that "fail to assign device, maximum number of devices reached"

could someone help me with this?

How many drives in the library, is this a SAN connected library, and what options other than the base do you have installed ?
