After changing passwords, I am unable to transmit changes made via TM between BMG and PBX. The change never transmits, BMG view in TM remains in a change state. The transmit logs give; Failed Logon Attempt!
I've verified that there are no others logged in.

All help is greatly appreciated.

you can log into command line via the new login? have you booted the tm server?

we booted ours out the door, but a hard boot may be required for it to read the pwd change at the server level

Have you carried out an EDD to sync the accounts with the other devices. Also have you changed any passwords within TM to match the changes made on the Call Server?.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Gentlemen,
Thank you for your timely responses. It turns out I over-looked the Scheduler System ID P/W for our BMGs. Once I changed these P/Ws in TM (starting to lean towards John Poole's idea for TM - had to reboot)to match the Call Server changes things started working as expected.
Thanks again.
