Hello, Im trying to install exchange 2003 on my domain. I have installed server 2003 on the server ( fully service packed it), upgraded my domain/forest to 2003 functional level. Installed exchange ran forest and domain prep it, the setup completes without any errors but the AD scheme does not expand to include the exchange schema changes. I did some digging around the registry and found that the allowed to change schema entry was set to 0. After changing it so that the account now have permissions to change the schema I again tried to reinstall exchange without any luck and I am not wondering if the initial installation wrote entries into the Active Directory which I will need to change or delete before I can succesfully reinstall exchange again? Any ideas?

Try running the forestprep and domainprep steps again.
