I picked up a new customer with a Star Talk and a MICS ver 4.1, thye are having problems with the F986, is this a compatanility problem with the old Star Talk?

What exactly happens when they press F986? Is it inactive or does it prompt them for a mailbox #? If it does prompt them for a mailbox #, are they actually typing in the # or are they trying to use an autodial button? Autodials won't work. They need to type the number in.
Try adding another intercom button to phones that use F986.
