F981 and admin denied

Hello everyone,

I have an extension that when I enter F981 so i can get to voicemail, the display shows admin denied.

I can check voicemail from other phones, but not from the extension itself.

Any help greatly appreciated.

How do check if it is locked?

I check using the Remote utilities. Under Set Restrictions, I found a pull down option for Set Lock. it is set to none.

are you saying you can check that DN's voice mail from other extensions, or just that you can check other extensions voice mail
