Not having much luck here. Trying to install a 6ch voice upgrade in NAM 4.0 F915 show inactive feature. Any ideas?

I am able to access the upgrade process with F920 ( ?? ) and have verified 2ch are active. My temporary roadblock is my vendor has to get the secutity key code from Nortel...it's on their website, password protected from the average Joe. But I'm making progress. tx,,gm
