Hi all. Going to try to explain this the best that I can so here it goes.

Got a user who is creating an excell sheet to print information in a table format. They type their text in across the row. Cell B1 has one word, B2 has a 2 or 3 line description, B3 - B6 will have one or two line information as well.

All cells are set to word wrap and the alignment is set to the bottom.

When in the "work" view the layout looks correct. When you go to print preview a few cells in the 2 column (B2, C2, D2 and so on) will have a line of white space first and then the text. It is not all the way tucked up to the top as other cells in that column. I have tried double clicking the auto width space (the line between the 2 and 3) and it doesnt seem to help. It is like there is a some sort of carrage return in some of those cells.

Anyone know what is happening? Is there a way to view formatting marks like you can in word in excell?

Thanks.

Skip,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried that, just moves the white space to the bottom. It doesnt seem to effect it.

Try selecting all cells, double click any ROW boundary to AUTOFIT ALL Row Heights.
