Extra file length after exporting

I have a movie with a soundtrack and a voiceover.

Short thing, it's only 3:30 minutes long, but when I export it, about 6 seconds from the end, the sound loops over and over and over, and all the while there's a blank white screen that goes on until about 5:12 (the sound loops like a broken record right up until the end of the whole thing).

How do I get rid of the sound loop at the end and all that blank space that's adding MB to my filesize?

The yellow taskbar thing DOESN'T go any further than the end of my movie, so it's not that. I think the problem is that I threw in a song for the ending credits, but then removed it when I saw how big it was.

Thanks in advance

Deadeyedave,

Chances are, you removed the song, but didn't shrink your workspace back down to 3:30. If you go to the 5:12 mark in your timeline, I'll betcha you'll see the end-of-workspace marker...

Don't just look for the end of the yellow, look for the little tag.

On
you can see the yellow workspace line, but at the far left is a little 5-sided handle. I'll bet at the 5:12 mark in your timeline, you'll see the mate to that.

If not, then trash your preview files and re-render. Shouldn't take too long.

Cheers,
