Can the external page port on the IPK system be used as a loud ringer or night chime? Example would be to have a Valcom horn hooked up into it for external paging, but also have the horn sound when a call comes in.

You would require an ECR card to do this. Another way is to tap off of a Dterm's speaker leads and send to the amp. Then program the phone to ring day/night.
