Hello everyone in TecTips.

Hmmm. Let me explain what i want to do:

External calls should be directed to an internal DN.
Example: An external customer call 576 - 5500. Then 5500 should be directed to DN 146. The internal DN (146) should stay as it is.
The reason why i cannot change DN 146 to DN 5500 is because i already use DN 55 for outgoing calls.

Phu. I hope you can understand my problem.
Thank you very much for help.

Is DN 146 an analog line? If not, you could have multiple DN's on a digital set.
If it'a analog set, make a phantom TN for DN 5500 with dcfw to 146.

Yes it is analog. How can i make a phantom tn and dcfw to 146?
Thank you very much for your help.

Asuming you have a Opt.11c newer than Rls.24.xx
If you have no phantom TN, do this:

LD 97
REQ CHG
TYPE SUPL
SUPL N96

LD 20
REQ NEW
TYPE 500
TN 61 0
DN 5500
FTR DCFW 4 146

This should make 5500 call forward to your 146 extension.

If 55 is a valid number in your system already, you can't do what your tring to do unless you change the 55 to something else like 9. Never heard of anyone tring to use the same number for out going and incoming.

How did you make out Geirendre?

Is 5500 one of your DIDs? IF so, set this up as an ACD queue in LD 23. NCFW 5500 to 146 or whatever

If your using 55 as an access code to dial out, you cant have any ext's start with 55.

but are you getting 5500 as a did or dnis? if so go to 49 new idc and change 5500 to 146, inbound digit conversion, then go to 16 and answer yes to idc and add the table number to the next two prompts...

if your xxx 5500 is a cot the on the route you need auto yes and on the trunk you need atdn 146..

it depends on how that number comes into your switch but you can point any inbound trunk to any dn.. unless 5500 is in your ludn table the phantom will not work.. i don't use phantoms but rely more on maxp 1 acd with ncfw to my target.. in this box there is never JUST one right answer

As soon as the system see's 55 it will think your tring to access a trunk. If you have a 55 you can't have a 5500 as all the 55 range is used.

Thank you very mich for all the help.

The problem is that i have already used 55. So i have to try something else.

Thank you so much.

Maybe i will change 55 to an other number because i need the dn 5500.

I think this will be the best way.

Thank you.

if you read mt post, it does not require you changing 55, but changing it may be eaiser
