External callers voice not loud enough

We are not happy with the voice level when we receive a call from outside. Internally no problem. How can I increase the volume for the calls coming from outside?

OK so you can use the gain control in PGM 394 flex key 15 then value 00-63 hold/save this is the rx(recive) value from network, just remember that you need to write down the current value in case you need to set it back again.
