I am new to BCM, we have a 200 can someone help, I am trying to stop people from being able to forward internal ext to external numbers.

Any External forward should only be permitted by Supervisor.

If this is in voicemail you will have to adjust the class of service. If this is on the phone, disable redirect ring.

To forward externally you must program the Extension for "Allow Redirect-Y".
