I have the call forward setup but it is setup as Call Forward No Answer. This takes too long as it rings 5 times before it actually forwards the call to the external number.
Where do I set up the Call Forward so that when the call comes in, it goes straight to the Forward Number?
This is switch programming only, as there is no desk set attached to this TN.
