I have an 81C configured with auth codes. All phones in this site share the same ncos and tgar. With the growing prices of gas, working from home a day or two a week is becoming standard around here.
I have a user that lives in another area code that needs to have external cfw to their home. I have tried setting up a phantom, with ncos 7, dfcw 9+(prompted for code), also changed dfcw to 9+# and auth code (get dead air). Tried dummy acd that ncfw to 9+#(prompted for code)
Any ideas on how to work around this?

Are autocodes in the PBX or are they getting prompted from the carrier?

I provide them from the switch.

I think I got it. Had to make changes to my cdb net_data trnx yes, extt yes, rdr_data cff. Then built a new phantom that dcfw to 9+number.
