how can i change the external dial digits from 7 to 8????????

External call digits 7 to 8..?

well first need to make sure 8 is not being used for anything on system "hunt group,park ect,ect"..then if its just a line pool access code just change 7 to 8
under program heading access codes

This not the thing iam looking for,because in our country they changed the phone number length.It was 7 digits (example 4385553), now they are insert one more digit (44385553).So in norstar where i have to increase this digits length.
