I have a customer who has about 8 locations connected with SCN. All systems are 9.1.3. Occasionally, they will get a user who becomes unrecognizable to some of the other extensions on the SCN. But it is not all of them. In the past a reboot usually resync's them, but I would like to determine if possible the cause?
