I have a custmomer with a T1 networked to another location. They dial a trunk access code and are able to dial extensions off of the other switch. Problem that I have is when someone from the other location dials an extension at my customers office when the system is in Night Service, the phone drops right to voicemail after half of a ring. If you dial the main number and dial the extension from the Auto Attendant it will ring the default coverage rings and then drop. Could someone point out what I might be missing?

Sound like somebody has the Trunk or Target Line used by the remote site in the night service group....remove it.
