Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how I would run a report on an extension for incoming and outgoing calls ?

Set up system to do CDR inserts. Install CAR plugin. Then go into CAR and pull the report based on Extension, TOD, etc.

If you need more detailed info, let me know.
