Hello,

We have 2 avaya switches one with extensions on a 700 range and one with them on a 3000 range. these are in 2 different offices.

We have a user who has an extension on both switches with the 3000 ext forwarded to his 700 ext.

He also wants it configured so when he calls a 3000 extension from his 700 ext it shows up to the user hes calling as his 3000 extension.

eg

701 calls 3010

user 3010 see's call coming from 3002(701's ext for the 3000 switch)

Is this possible to setup and how?

Depending on software load:

change public or change isdn pub

Ext Ext Trk CPN CPN
Len Code Grp(s) Prefix Len
3 701 ### 3002 4

Where ### is that would be the trunk group that connects the 2 PBX's.

Give that a try...

Thanks,
CJH
