Extension error

We are replacing IP4612 phone with IP5610 phones on our IPOffice 406. When it ask us to input the extension and then password we get "extension error". How do we find out what the password is or how do we change it?
 
Default is blanc.

Look in the user, under the telephony tab and "login code"

no problem. I have found the answer. When setting up the call server make sure you are going to the correct IPoffice box IP address.
