How do I extend the underscoring beneath a column of figures beyond the numbers themselves? For example, when the last number is just three digits but the total may be five or six, I would like to extend the underscoring five or six digits. In PM the space bar would accomplish this.

The space bar works the same way as PM.
I just did a test with 1234spacespacespace and the underline option went to the end of the spaces...
