Hi,

we've got a machine with 2 disks Raid1 in the integrated controller partitioned in c: and d:.

We would like to increase the size of the partition c: in order to achieve c: size equal to c+d size, in order to safely migrate that machine from WinNT to Win2003.

It's possible to delete the d partition but not the c one; the c partition is the boot partition so ms tool diskpart does not work .....

We can also first migrate to Win2003 than face this partition size problem ...

Patition Magic I think should not work with Server OS and raid1 disks ....

Any suggestion ?
thanks for your support
ciao, Roberto

Hi,

I recently rezized our c: partition also on a RAID 1 array with a second d: partition. This was on a Windows 2003 Server running on a HP Proliant DL320 Server.

The software I used was "Akronis Disk Director" which works with Server Operating Systems and RAID.

Regards,

Llevon
