Hi, does anyone know if call manager can generate a report detailing the times that users logged in and out using ext mobility? Or if these details are stored in logs anywhere?
Thanks

Depends on the call manager but 4.x they are in the trace folder under EM- I think

Thanks - where's that exactly???

Ah, unfortunatly all the txt files are blank!

have you turned on tracing for Mobility ?

If you can tell me how to do that.....?

Oh, found it....

Choose Service > Service Parameters, choose the server that is running the Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility service, and choose True in the Debug Traces On field.

–Restart the Cisco Tomcat Service.

Thnaks for your help :)
