express archiver - putting mails back in to outlook?

I have exported mails and saved them to disk from outlook express using express archiver. I can view the emails and the saved outlook express folders using the archiver, I can not see how to get them back in to outlook express? I have tried various import and export buttons but this has not worked.

Does anyone know how to do this or could give any advice?
