Expoting to Excel

Does anyone else have the problem of exporting appsumdaily to excel, I have patched it from seagate, but I can only export to .rpt. It is only this report

Does it produce error messages when exporting, or just not work? Some of the Aspect canned reports just don't play nice with an excel format. Luckily, we create all our reports from scratch so we don't have to deal with that little tendancy.

if the report is exported to excel, it just gives the filename with = in front if its in word it comes up with something like operation not operational although all the other reports export in excel ok..thinking of a diffrent rout myself as si 7.5 with the latest folios is just too slow, I am going ro have our account manager in next week and request she get it sorted...company has a little clout with them.
