Exporting Video To Camera

Okay so I have a GL-1 and a video edited in Adobe Premiere 6.0 So not I go to file>export>print to video. All this in an attempt to export to my camera, but there is nothing. I dont see anythign and nothing happens. Just a big black screen. What settings do i need to be using and where am i going wrong.

brand and model number of your camera? Also, does your camera ACCEPT signals via (ie) firewire. Does your camera come with instructions on how to port back edited video to your camera?
