exporting video in premiere 6.0

hi, i have a little movie that i put together in premiere and now that im finsihed i want to export it i do it and it finsihes correctly but when i got to watch it i get these green bars on half of the screen. i dont know what to do because i need to send this to my family really soon. i am exporting in microsoft AVI. i need some help

try using different compression methods. What media player are you using to watch the video? Mircosoft DV AVI compressor works good with windows media player.
