Exporting User profiles fom Windows 2000 pro to Windows XP

Has anyone encountered any problems with copying a Windows 2000 user profile to Windows XP? Is it basically the same process as a Windows 2000 PC to another Windows 2000 PC?

Any suggestions on the best approach?

Yes - use copyto feature in system properties.
