I currently use a traffic light system to score assessments that are entered on MS Access. The assessment results are then exported to MS Word, but lose the colours. Is there any way I can export a report from Access to Word and keep the colour formatting?

Exporting to Word from MS Access and keeping the colour formatting

You always loose some formatting. The only way I've found to reproduce a report without loosing any formatting is to save the file as a snapshot file.
