Exporting to RTF 8.5 Failure

I am getting an error (failed to export) when I attempt to export to a Rich Text Format. Unfortunately this is the only format that I can present my report in with Graphs and lines, etc. I reinstalled Crystal and a supposed svc pack was installed to fix the problem... does anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure that you apply the monthly hotfixes:

Exporting is commonly addressed, and the new Word export is great, and there are other fixes.
