Exporting to PDF format trouble

Crystal 8.5, Windows xp

I am having trouble exporting to PDF format. I am getting a 'Failed to Export Report' message.

Any ideas? I've done some searching and it appears that I have all the correct dlls. Are there any other settings/files I need to check?

A litle more background info may be useful...

In any case, try to register crtslv.dll and exportmodeller.dll

I am not sure what you mean to "register" the dlls. I know they exist however, in Program/Seagate Software/Shared.
