We are using SQL Server 2000 for hosting the Business Objects (5.1.6) repository. We plan to move the exisitng repository to Oracle 8i. Can anyone suggest the simplest way this might be achieved. Thanks.

Exporting repository from SQL Server to Oracle

There is no simple way that works. The issue relates to the way the different databases store BLOBs. As a result, you can migrate most things, except documents.
The fact is that you're going to have to do about 80% of the work manually.
