Is there a utility to run which will copy the printer and drive mappings of a user prior to deleting their profile and also to reinstall them back to the new profile.
I have seen one used somewhere but don't know what it is called. The one I saw was floppy disk based and ran from a cmd prompt.

Hi there.

I haven't heard of a product that does that, but you can probably write some sort of batch script that gets these settings from the registry. The printers are in REG_CURRENT\Printers\Connections and the mapped drives under REG_CURRENT\Network.

Hope this helps
