Hi friends,

I did a bunch of work on one form of a huge database...and all I want to do is to send that one form to my partner on the project...I have no interest in sending the whole doggone thing back to him! :)

I would have thought the action would be "export."

Here is what I get when I use export:

CAUTION: the icon for this image site uses an offensive graphic.

How do I get just this form out, please?

Thank you!!

Two ways.

Forms and reports are a little different tables.

High-light the object and use CTRL-C. Open another database and use CTRL-V.

Or create a blank database, and then select from the menu...
File -> Get External Data -> Import
Then point and select your database.
On the import interface, select the "form" tab and then select the appropriate form.

How are ya HemanSkeletor . . . .

Right Click the form in the form window & click export
or
make a new DB, import the form & send that.

I like the second method better. Easy for the rcipient to import into their DB.
