Exporting Job History

Hi there,

does anybody know how to get the job history into a text file with the commandline tool ?

I'd need this :
Date (like 29/11/04 )
Backup (amount of data backed up)
Status (Failed/Successful)

I unfortunately didn't find anything in the KB or at Google (which is actually really strange)...

I am looking for the same information and would appreciate info as well.

Alex, I'll post whatver I find if I see anything in my searching.

Hopefully Veritas has something built-in (would make sense for it to be one of the reports options, but guess not).

For what it's worth, the Backup Sets by Media report will kinda show this information. It's still some manual work to get the aggregate data (e.g. Backup job / total size), but is better than manually creating the data set.

Ok... as a last resort I've emailed Veritas.

We'll see if they reply. If they do, I'll post the info here.
