I'm having trouble exporting video files in .FLC format. When I attempt to export a movie, it doesnt give me the choice to be able to save my file as an FLC, even though the Help page says they are supported.

Please help me, I'm confused.

If it's any consolation, I can't find it either.

I wonder if there is another way. What are you trying to achieve?

I'm conducting psychology experiments using ExperimentalRunTimeSystems. Through this, I will be presenting short video clips of people's faces speaking. Unfortunately, the only video format supported by the experiment program is FLC, so the ability to export in FLC is crucial... However, if all else fails, I may just use Ulead Video Editor to convert my AVI files from Premiere Pro into FLC files, but I would have thought there was a simpler way to do this using Premiere Pro.

If you have After Effects, there is a FLC export option there - at least, there is my copy copy of AE6.5.
