Exporting from Datagrid to Excel, or Exporting from Dataset to Excel ?

Hi ;

I am looking for the way to export data from our VB.NET 2003 application to Excel. For details, if we right click on the Grid we can have one popup menu to export into Excel from the Selected datagrid. Or , we can have a button on the form and on that button we can export data using Dataset to Excel. How can I do that in VB.NET 2003 and SQL Server 2000?
