Exporting Excel to Access

Hello,
I have a submission form in Excel which i need to export it to Access Table. I don't know how to create a named range that i can specify in Macro for Filed Names.
Please help.

Unless things have gotten much better since Access 97, I think importing from Excel is done by sheet not named range. Importing from Excel is cumbersome at best. I reccomend saving to a text (CSV) file first.
