Exporting data from Sage

How do I get the data out of Sage ? I need to transfer it into an Opera accounting system. Analysis Codes, delivery addresses etc ??

Even a hint at a solution would be very much appreciated.

BEST Mas90 has a visual integrator that you can use to do this, however I would use crystal reports. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
