I have created a very complex detailed report in Access Design View and would like to Export it to Excel for storage and adjustments. Regretfully my detailed report comes out as one line with Text Box as the headings and data below. There is no resemblance to my report and nonlegible data as well. I can export to a rich text file and at least it is legible and organized but it appears quite generic as compared to the original document. Any suggestions how to maintain the integrity of the Access Report. Please be aware I am a novice Access person and would kindly request explicit instructions - Pretty Please!
